It’s worth the value of the subscription. It’s spacious and lots of machines. Being open 24/7 is really convenient.

I had the best time of my life in this gym its one of the best gyms in dubai if not the best they have all the equipment needed and its super clean , the staff is so friendly especially Salah Eddine is super helpful 🙏🙏

When i join the gym the personal trainers have good package price after that they increase the price, so i got my 1 year membership then they increase the price.Moreover they always have man working for maintenance so they will ask you to leave the gym so they can work, they can’t hire someone to work at night for maintenance you will need to leave the gym during the day time so they can do their maintenance.Moreover you need always to clean your machine because they have only one lady for cleaning so she cant clean the machine after each use

Worst customer service ever. If I had the option to give 0 stars I would have done that.I have been trying to quit because I have relocated and have been emailing the team for days but no reply. You should at least have the decency to reply. When you want people to join, you would call them, email them endlessly, but when it comes to quiting you ignore so that the person ultimately gives up and let you leech the money

The reception team and membership sales staff are really nice. Its spacious and makes you feel there arent too many people when there are quite a few. The only reason this doesnt get 5 stars is because of the other gym users. There is no one reminding people to use towels or to put their toys away when they have finished playing, so there is a culture of mess and dirt. I rarely see anyone put their weights away, use a towel or disinfect after they use anything. Its a shame so many grown adults still expect others to clean up after them.

One star is for space and machineWont recommend to any one.Worst experience when you decide to cancel, ever if you are broke, they just deduct till they can, if asked to cancel, they need your account statement to show you are broke. If ignored, they dont mind auto debit function to work for ages.Even after requesting not to cut any amount due to bank process( which i clearly explained, reminded, informed multiple times), they still cant manage there own process of auto debit.Worst experience ever, didnt have such bad experience ever.Disgusting as there accounts dont want to understand customers issues.

I love that theres a girls gym, love the equipment and the staff. I feel safe and secure at the gym. Overall amazing experience. I feel motivated when I go there because Im around very dedicated and serious people.

Not really big enough, very crowded, rude people and no one is there to assist!!! They are only after your money 💰 will keep contacting you constantly just so you join them, but after that they’ll ignore you and be rude to you.

Avoid rush hours, 4-10 pm , its a messI had leave for my own safety as its so so crowded, no personal space at all let alone social distancing....also many many members have zero respect for rules.. (no distancing...no putting weights back.. throwing weights around... literally stealing your weight while you are working out...) its insane ... the only good times to work hours are early mornings... and very late nights...zero interactions with staff or friendliness ...i like the gym just because i go out of my way to workout in off peak hours, and i have the flexibility to do that, or else i would have cancelled my membership immediately.. equipment is Good, facilities are goodthey could do better with improving the showers (cleaning, better water pressure etc...)

Good gym and variety of classes and coaches are great but major problem is the AC, in studios with heavy work you don’t find oxygen to breathe which make it very difficult to continue workouts and despite many complaints still ac is a major problem

The equipments are super good. The environment is super bad. Members are literally rude and will not put the weight back at all. This caused me to get injured. 0 decipline in the gym. Over crowded.. also less equipments as short Bi Bars at the cables. Over all 5/10 experience. The checking at the check in does no good because they let the people in with no scheduled time too.

I liked the club a lot due to its large size, and I also found everything I wanted in it. I attended a body comba class, I enjoyed a lot, and the coaches were at the required level. I felt like I was training with my family, and there is one person I want to thank, and that is Salah El-Din, the Moroccan man. He helped me a lot. At the receptions, he explained everything to me, and also fixed a problem I had in my entry card. He gave me a lot of time and a smile never left his face. Thank you very much, Salah El-Din,

I’m enjoying working out on GymNation Mirdif branch , but only Bcz if staff. The rest things need to be improved . Specially AC, it’s not possible to work out In spin studio . How many times I requested from reception, manager to fix this issue but there is no result . If you are pretending as no 1 gym in UAE you should know that weather is here not letting any place to stay without AC. And me as person who is paying for membership insisting AC to be fix ASAP.

After 4 months of waiting I had to unsubscribe from the membership. I paid subscription fee on September 3 and I was told they will open by 3rd week of October. They launched the gym and distributed entry cards to fool people. Recently when I contacted to ask about the opening, again they are dragging the dates. Its a huge insult, taking our money and fooling us. They dont even have a proper office address, look into their website, they is no way to contact direct or not even a office number.

Fresh equipment. Huge space. No control in disciplining members - equipment left scattered everywhere. Personal items left inside (unlocked) lockers. Items left hanging over bathroom cubicles.

Great Spinning Classes, however the air conditioning in the Spin Studio is very poor and needs to be upgraded or fixed. This issue is reported to front desk by many members each week. The main Gym and main Studio have good AC. Wouldnt recommend Spinning Classes to anyone until the air conditioning issue if solved

I like the environment in the gym and the stuff are very helpful specially Meera Alqadhi, she was very co operative and supportive.

Very good facility however there are some people who are stealing in the locker room, i had some money stolen just recently from my bag while i was working out and unfortunately there are no cameras in these locker rooms, please be wary of your things and of the people at the gym

Meera is very helpful and gives an excellent overview about gymnation, she is one of the wonderful ladies in gymnation.

The management of this gym do not take care of the cleanliness the place is literally disgusting and I wish I didn’t subscribe. I prefer paying some more extra for a higher quality place. Customer service in reception are rude and not helpful.

I would to like share my experience with GYM Nation Mirdif Branch. Gym nation Mirdif branch is the poorest gym management I experienced. The gym is extremely crowded during the peak hours from 5pm to 8:30pm. Members cannot attend the gym without booking a slot and slots are not easily available. It’s impossible to book the slot for the same day it requires 1 to 2 days advance booking.Every day members are waiting in a queue outside the gym, but yesterday it was even worst, they stop me and other members with booking because gym was full, after too much argument they allow me to enter.I requested to cancel the membership but they are asking me to pay one-month penalty.An everyday tension for me to go through this whole process for simple working out.In the current situation GYM Nation Mirdif Branch is not an ideal place to work out.I hope the GYM nation higher Management takes notice of this mismanagement of GYM Nation Mirdif Branch.

Im very disappointed with this membership. When I signed up, they said I could cancel very easily if I was leaving the country to study abroad. I went to the gym to cancel it and they said I had to send an email. I did that and no one is answering me...they dont even have a contact number.

Very lovely staff and good hospitality. Would 100% recommend. The place is very nice, with many different machines and very organized as well. The lighting is also very nice and fun aesthetic look. 24hrs open makes it very easy to just enter whenever you want.

I like the fact that the women’s section is fully equipped and not treated as something secondary. The locker room area is very spacious with mirrors and hair dryers. The interiors are also quite well done. It’s also very clean and not overcrowded.

The most unprofessional people who manages the gym. I had been continuously corresponding with the Mirdif management to cancel my membership on a special requests but they ignored me lot of times. They keep on repeating their policies which are not workable plus they have no concern for the customer. They just behind to eat your money from you every month even if you dont want to have a membership anymore. Just trapping people and not wanting to release so as to eat people of their money. Today I got my money cut unecessarily even when I have not visited the gym plus I have requested them many times to cancel my membership on special basis but they just put emphasis only on the money part and not the customer concern. Very bad experience from Ms Misbah and their team. Join at your own risk because you will see your self trapped later even if you want to get yourself released from there.

Avoid during rush hours (5pm to 10pm). No one cares about number of people inside ( literally it was almost 70 people in ladies section only !!!!) gym is a mess with equipment all over the place, no one wearing mask, no disinfection in place... Nevertheless, gym is good only in the morning or afternoon whenever there are only few people.

The worst experience in Dubai as the accounting department are not friendly at all and the sales are not saying all details until the contract is done . Even the free session did happen. I am Disappointed and unsatisfying service and don’t recommend to anyone

I just joined the gym. The facilities are great. However, the toilets aren’t clean. The dumbells and kettlebells are scattered all over the floor. I wish they would just have someone dedicated to putting everything back in place. Also needs sanitization every now and then.

Dear management, I really feel petty for the cleaning crew to keep lifting heavy weights clearing the areas that can cause them injuries later which the members need to do.Like everywhere in the world you use you return the weights. Very bad and unprofessional from the trainers no one is around to monitor nor tell the members and educate them.They just come throw everything around and leave very bad and disappointing thing. The only thing they keep on announcing on the microphone is about the mask and social distancing and not focusing on the mine issues, such a beautiful gym but bad management, i use to manage gyms at 5* properties but never came to see such bad operation.Weights everywhere everyday with no one to care it’s becoming very bad (new comment) 16-06-2021Please do look at this concern requesting the owners.

Great sporting facility. Cricket, table tennis, thaikondo etc are some. We had a 8 a side cricket match at Dubai stars sportsplex. And it was great experience. Big size indoor ground for cricket match. Nice turf and net covered area. Highly recommended

Avoid dealing with the gym once they get your credit card details they would charge you for future membership without your will. You are going to spend your time contacting the bank and try to get gymnation contact info which is usually unavailable.I had a one month membership with you to try out the gym. Yet due to the lack, incomplete and not reliable of communication I decided not even to use your services not even for one single visit.Since I found out the I can not book all the days and time only limited days, the app was not allowing me. Plus I needed to pay for the locker 20 aed per day. And not sure what else was not communicated to me.I received an email a week after my membership started from your staff Ahmad and I shared the same feedback with him and I informed him that Im not happy with this membership.Yet today I was puzzled that my credit card was charged for a renewal of my membership, this is unbelievable. Is this the way you make money by misleading the customers?You have no right to hide information and charge the customer for hidden  info. You are requested to refund the amount and cancel this transaction and membership.I would call them worst gym in town, with no contact number or email, staff misleading and provide incomplete info

It’s a great gym with really great instructors , huge facility with a variety of equipment, but the issue of the AC is unbearable at all we have been complaining over and over again for months and we just get empty promises, not to mention that there is no contacting numbers

Horrible place.Never in my life did i have to wait in line to enter a gym.The staff werent professional or friendly and the place was extremely busy, and i found no clue that we are in the middle of a pandemic, no one wearing a mask inside, and apparently no limits to maximum number of people allowed at the same time.I cancelled my membership and looks like they were happy to do it.Never again.

Booking system and GymNation app is the worst, they said we have to book 48 hours before the classes, we try many times to book classes at sharply 12 AM, always the same reply, class is full, when does all these people come and book. We noticed that front desk staff can control the booking of the classes, I think they can show what ever they want on the app.

I could not believe the insane lineup outside of this gym with no social distancing whatsoever honestly looked like a nightclub. I could not even find 1 empty machine because it was all full have not gone back since Very concerning with the current situation and am sure someone will complain very soon to municipality. Also the machine to buy locks was empty when I asked a member of staff she said I told someone to fill it up but they haven’t just carry your bag around with you on the floor. Staff were overwhelmed.

This gym is truly bad, before visiting the gym i should call to book an appointment as if im going to a dentist or something. Dumbbells on the floor, people with no masks and one of the staff members was very disrespectful she hanged up the phone on my face and refused to answer until i went to the gym called her and saw her looking at her phone and ignoring my call. Truly unprofessional. They dont know how to statisfy customers all they care about is making money which is truly sad. This is my opinion and i would never go to the gym ever. If you are looking for a clean gym with a good hygiene and professional staff I recommend fitness first or warehouse gym. If you join you can never cancel the membership which proves that they want your money.

Decent facility, but I do not recommend trying the Benzone class. Coaches are terrible, constantly on their phones, and don’t even seem like they know what they are doing.People will end up getting injured from the classes.Stay away from Benzone. Terrible classes.

Stay away from this gym. I was going to sign up but found a better and cheaper gym. I told gymnation to remove me from mailing list. Dumi assured me it would be done by the end of the week. I called on more than 4 separate occasions, he kept promising he would do it, but I still received spam messages weekly, sometimes twice a day. Even spoke to Marwan from marketing/sales who apologized deeply and told me he would deal with it personally. 5 months later Im still getting spammed Dumi blocked me on WhatsApp and wont answer my calls. My next step will probably contacting telecommunications regulatory authority and seeking legal action.

With the price they offer i can say they are the best
